Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a studio from this website. Minors may use our services only with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Account and Booking Requirements

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate booking and account information for all rentals placed at our studio. We reserve the right to refuse any booking you place with us or to limit or cancel hours booked per person or per session.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Studio Availability and Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and descriptions of our studios and equipment. We cannot guarantee that the studio will be identical to online representations. We reserve the right to limit the rental of our studios to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Fees & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept various secure payment methods as indicated at checkout. Prices for our studio rentals are subject to change without notice.

Booking Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact our support team immediately. Changes and cancellations are subject to the timeframes and fees outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the session start time.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

The Aperture Ames name, logo, and all related service names, designs, and slogans are the intellectual property of Aperture Ames. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Studio Use & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio premises or equipment during their rental period. Aperture Ames is not liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to client property. Our liability for any service rented is strictly limited to the rental price of that service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
